Mr. Sullivan was born in New Providence, Bahamas. He has an Associate of Arts degree in Civil Engineering Technology from The College of The Bahamas. He has over 17 years of quality design and site surveying experience. Mr. Sullivan is well trained in AutoCAD based software, engineering design work and site setting out utilizing total stations and RTK GPS systems. He is certified as a compliance inspector of storm water and certified to prepare storm water pollution prevention plans. He also has the Green Advantage environmental certification. Mr. Sullivan has work experience in the Commonwealth of The Bahamas, Antigua and Barbuda, Belize and St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
