Design and construction of capital infrastructure works including but not limited to sanitary sewer distribution to accommodate the Baha Mar Project mega resort. The capital works consisted of sanitary sewer (gravity and force mains) and lift-stations to accommodate the mega resort and communities in the surrounding area. The works also included shop drawing review and approvals, engineering inspection, concrete and earthwork testing and drainage facilities. Additional capital works encompassed earthworks, drainage system, street lighting, electrical low/high voltage and telecommunications utilities, sidewalks, landscaping, roadway geometrics, detailed specifications and seven roundabout intersection design and a road safety audit.
Engineer of Record responsible for design review, site monitoring and observations and consulting services for the capital works consisting of detailed project design review and approval for 8 & 16 inch sanitary sewer [gravity and force mains] and lift-stations to accommodate the mega resort and communities in the surrounding area. Also responsible for the oversight and coordination of all sewer lamp testing and commissioning
