The Traffic Impact Assessment (TIA) for Grantanna City Centre Commercial Plaza estimates a phased approach over a 5-year build out period. The objective of this study was to analyze traffic conditions along Carmichael Road in proximity to the site for selected intersections in the immediate area during peak hour period for the baseline and the 20 year horizon periods.
