Caribbean Civil Group (CCG) was incorporated on the 3rd day of July 2001 and immediately crafted a vision and mission to be a firm with its headquarters in the Bahamas but actively pursuing opportunities abroad. Over our nineteen years of existence, we have held true to that philosophy, which is succinctly captured in the quote by Spanish-American Philosopher George Santayana (1863 – 1952) “A man’s feet should be planted in his country, but his eyes should survey the world.” As we look back at CCG’s sojourn, our successes were not without its challenges; however, we have always appreciated and understood that throughout the life of a company, there would be tests; it is how we rise to the occasion and successfully navigate those tests that counts.
What was important from our inception and remains consistent today is to undertake and to conduct business the right way, inculcating a culture with high integrity, participating in only honest enterprise while upholding the dignity of the engineering profession. Additionally, it remains very important as a company culture to continue being a good corporate citizen. We have been consistent with our philanthropic efforts involving charitable efforts or organizations such as the Hurricane Dorian Relief Efforts, Great Commissions Ministries International (GCMI), The Ranfurly Homes for Children, School Visitation to discuss Engineering and other philanthropic engagements that involved donations of time and/or revenues.
CCG remains one of a very few award-winning ISO and B Corporations in the region, for this we would like to say a special thank you to all of our past and present team members, clients and friends that have contributed to our success over the years. For and on behalf of the entire CCG Team, we thank you for your continued patronage and support over the years!
